About us
Here's a quick look at our chorus' history since its inception in 1982.

The Sussex County
High Point Harmonizers
Chartered in 1982, through SPEBSQSA (The Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America), the award-winning Sussex County High Point Harmonizers barbershop chorus is the county’s only all male chorus.
They are a Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society established in 1938 to promote the growth and preservation of that unique American style of singing known as Barbershop.
For more than 35 years, the Harmonizers have entertained and delighted audiences of all ages with their harmony and showmanship throughout Sussex County, Northern New Jersey and neighboring counties in New York. The Harmonizers have competed at both Division and District levels in the Mid-Atlantic District since their inception.
Consisting of men of all ages (from teens to senior citizens) and from different backgrounds, they have had one common bond over the last 35 years and counting–
“We love to sing!"
